About Us

Think Pulp ! Think Paiyur !!

At Paiyur Group, pulp isn’t just a product—it’s a promise. A promise of quality, consistency, and innovation rooted in decades of dedication.

Our story began in 1996 with the vision of our founder, Dr. E. Madhavan, who started Paiyur Fruits as a small, local venture. With hard work, resilience, and an unwavering belief in quality, what began modestly has today become one of India’s most respected names in fruit pulp manufacturing.

Our Commitment

Think Pulp ! Think Paiyur !! More than a slogan—it’s our promise of excellence, innovation, and integrity in everything we do.

From Farm to Factory: Ethical & Sustainable

Great pulp starts with great fruit. We proudly source fresh fruits from over 7,000 partner farmers, supporting ethical and sustainable farming practices. Our dedicated workforce includes over 400 skilled professionals and 4,000 seasonal workers, who ensure quality and consistency at every stage of the process.

Our Journey

The early days weren’t easy. Like any young business, we faced our share of challenges. But those hurdles became stepping stones—each one teaching us, shaping us, and building a rock-solid foundation.

In 2005, after nearly a decade of growth and learning, we expanded with the launch of Anandam Agro. By 2006, it became clear that traditional, manual methods were slowing us down. So, under the visionary guidance of Dr. E. Madhavan, we developed the idea and worked closely with machinery suppliers to design and implement automatic Fruit Washers and De-Stoners. This breakthrough not only reduced manual labor but also significantly increased our production capacity.

Around this time, international buyers began requesting mango pulp absolutely free of even the smallest black specks. Rising to this challenge, we invested in advanced Decanter systems capable of removing nano-sized impurities, ensuring our pulp met the highest global standards for purity and quality.

By 2009, we modernized our fruit ripening process by introducing automated ripening chambers, moving away from open spaces to controlled environments that guarantee consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.

As markets evolved, so did we. In 2010, when Middle Eastern buyers shifted preference from canned products to aseptic packaging, we embraced this change wholeheartedly.

In 2011, we launched Pavithran Aseptic, a cutting-edge facility equipped with advanced machinery, including Aseptic Sterilizers, Evaporators, and Fillers imported from Manzini, Italy. To keep pace with growing demand, we expanded in 2014 with another state-of-the-art unit, Amudha Aseptic
Food Products.

Every step along this journey has been fueled by our commitment to innovation, quality, and adapting to global market needs.
